    Managed Workflow Care — from $750 / month

    Monitoring review, incident triage, monthly performance review, and up to three hours of minor fixes for the agreed workflow.

The seven-business-day clock starts only after scope, system access, representative data, one decision-maker, and a reserved review session are approved. Day 1 is the implementation kickoff, not the day we invent the project.

Delivery commitment: We deliver against the approved acceptance criteria. If the implementation fails those criteria for reasons inside 7DayBuild’s control, we remedy it without additional labor charges inside a defined resolution period. Escalation and termination remedies are in the agreement.

We schedule a sprint when all of these are true:

  • One named workflow and one named owner
  • A usable baseline (volume, wait time, or touches)
  • Written acceptance criteria
  • Access tested on the approved systems
  • Data path classified (including whether any patient information is involved)
  • One decision-maker available for the review session

After launch

Fourteen-day stabilization is included. At day 30 we review actual use and the agreed operational measure. Care is optional. If you decline it, you still get a support handoff.
